GLBA DRAFT HEADQUARTERS

Need information on the GLBA Draft?   Looking for the players?  The schedule?  The results so far?  Well, this is the place to be.  Everything you wanted to know about the 1997-98 GLBA draft, you can find out here. 

DRAFT RULES

The draft will be held over a 12-day span.   There will be 6 rounds, with 5 picks due each day.  All picks must be turned in by 8pm CST on the day that they are due.  The draft will be by list, meaning that you should turn in a list of 1-5 players (depending on your position) to assure yourself a player.  IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN A LIST BY THE DEADLINE, YOUR PICK WILL BE SKIPPED AND WE WILL PROCEED WITH THE DRAFT.  If you happen to miss a pick, your make-up pick will take precedence over any upcoming picks.

REMEMBER:  1997-98 NBA Rookies and other players that did not play in the NBA in 1996-97 can be drafted.  They will not be able to play on your team in the 1997-98 season, but at least you won't have to worry about drafting them for the 1998-99 season.
